Ghost Hunting Miniature Portable MicroscopeVisit the Get Ghost Gear store of over 100 ghost hunting tools!Miniature Portable Microscope- This style of micro-microscopes is usually of a lighter material giving a less quality and sturdy feel. Normally not as powerful as the desktop microscope nor are they offered in stereoscopic models. This being said it can be a priceless tool in the field if you are investigating something that could leave physical clues behind.
Most likely if you do ever come across anything on a ghost hunt you feel fitting for further scientific scrutiny it would be best to leave it to the trained professionals. This is possible as there are many private labs across the country willing to work with you. This is unfortunately not inexpensive tool for ghost hunting.
Ideal to have on ghost hunts just in case there is physical evidence to investigate!
We don't recommend every ghost hunter out there start picking up things that they can't identify. That would eventually not end well for someone. For those who are still going to even though we don't recommend it there are some procedures that you could follow to minimize the chance of personal injury and or contamination of a sample. First, document with everything possible the location of the sample and surrounding area. If you can take photographs, and video both and in every direction (don't forget up, for example if it fell off a tree etc.). Again, not recommending here at all that ghost hunters approach something you are not fully familiar with. If you do, wear proper medical gloves (new, never used and dispose of immediately after). Stop, don't touch it with your hands, use a sterile tweezers, tongs, spoon, or dropper. Again properly dispose of the grabbing utensil of choice. Placing the sample into a sealable sterile container on the ghost hunt. Then as mentioned under Bag and Container both, place that container into another. Redundancy is the name of this game that we still don't recommend for the untrained.

The EMF topic is just to big to capsulate into one single page. Below are some editorials that range from our personal rants on industry issues, to more scholarly scientific journal type entries, to that of a simple opinion editorial. We highly recommend that you start at the top and finish in that order at the bottom! Enjoy:
